The O-Town West project covers 86 acres on 3 corners of Daryl Carter & Palm Parkway and will consist of 4 unique developments within a master plan:
- The Boardwalk At O-Town West
- The Village At O-Town West
- The Crossings At O-Town West
- The Town Center At O-Town West
O-Town West is under construction in southwest Orlando, between Walt Disney and Universal Orlando, just off I-4.
The Boardwalk
The Boardwalk at O-Town West will feature vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment, offering lush outdoor experiences and overlooking a $3 million dancing water show with state-of-the-art video mapping. It will be an unforgettable experience to spend an entire afternoon and will consist of more than 100,000 square feet of entertainment retail. It will also include 250,000 square feet of high-end office space dedicated to the corporate headquarters of national companies.
The Village
The Village at O-Town West will feature 850 upscale multifamily units with resort amenities such as a lagoon and a clubhouse with a full-service restaurant. You'll also find a national chain supermarket, gas station, several fast food chains and a small retail store.
The Crossings
The Crossings at O-Town West will feature 5 stand-alone retail blocks fronting I-4, which may consist of restaurants and retail stores.
Town Center
Town Center at O-Town West is distinctively designed for convenience. Anchored by a first-class supermarket, this center offers the best of living, working and playing. Covering approximately 103,000 sqft of retail, restaurants and 8 leasing spaces.
