Florida's No. 1 suburb is just outside Orlando.

This week, MoveBuddha released a report showing the Florida suburbs with the highest demand.

The study indicates that about a third of Americans want to live in suburban environments - places with more space, better schools and "simply more area to stretch out". WKMG

"These prominent suburbs have the highest proportion of inward moving searches from urban areas within their metropolitan region (excluding the region's main city)," the report states. WKMG

In Florida, the suburb that topped the ranking was Clermont, with a "moves in vs. moves out" ratio of 2. This puts Clermont in 11th place nationally. WKMG

It's not the only place in Florida to appear on the list: Wesley Chapel was ranked 13th, while Haines City was 17th. WKMG

"These numbers underscore that Florida's growth isn't just made up of retirees or coastal living," a MoveBuddha spokesperson told News 6. "It's families and professionals opting for attractive lifestyle suburbs that balance cost with access to jobs and amenities." WKMG

However, there is a downside to these coveted locations: house prices. According to the report, properties in the most desirable suburbs cost around 57% more than the average American home. And they are expected to go even higher. WKMG

"Only 31 of the 81 major suburbs offer below-average prices, with properties ranging from about $187,000 in Warren (OH) to $3.49 million in Palo Alto (CA)," the study continues.

Still, here are some of the suburbs that stand out in this year's report:
