The development is located near major employers in the area, such as Walt Disney World® Resort, Davenport Medical Center, AdventHealth Celebration and all the resorts along US-192 in Kissimmee.
It is also just a short distance from the future Olympus, the mega sports complex that has already been approved and will be built in the area, attracting even more development and increasing the potential value of your property.
Future connection to Winter Garden
Another important factor is that Sanctuary will be connected to other popular developments in Clermont: Serenoa, Serenoa Lakes and Sawgrass Bay. Sawgrass Bay Blvd is the avenue that will be connected to Winter Garden via Flemings Rd, where Encore at Ovation is located. This connection will greatly reduce the commute between Clermont and Winter Garden and with it the potential appreciation of real estate in the area.
