Weslyn Park

From the creators of Lake Nona comes one of the first neighborhoods in all of Sunbridge, offering resort-style amenities such as a zero-entry pool, outdoor green space, playground, community garden and more.

There are five construction companies in Weslyn Park and we are pleased to work with all of them, giving you a wide range of options to choose from. In the image gallery we've put together a few of them so you can get a better idea of the style of construction.

Weslyn Park is just a fraction of what the Sunbridge area will become and you could be among the first to call this "home-sweet-home".

Weslyn Park, a 24,000-acre community located a few miles southeast of Lake Nona, will be ideally situated across from the future Marina Village. This diverse community will provide new residential neighborhoods, employment centers, schools and recreation, shopping and lakeside dining.

Central Park

Acorn Park is the park located in the center of Weslyn Park. And with a swimming pool, an outdoor pavilion, a children's playground and large lawns, Acorn Park will be more than just a park.

Trails

One of the first things they started building in Sunbridge was a network of trails, which includes everything from natural paths to multi-use paved walkways. Today, these trails will take you for a long walk or a nice mountain bike ride. And eventually, they will make their way throughout Weslyn Park and beyond.

Lakes and Canals

At Sunbridge, a network of canals connects to a chain of natural lakes. Whether you're kayaking, fishing or just taking a stroll, the water will be an invigorating and inspiring part of everyday life.

Nature

Sunbridge will be built on the idea of a community connected with real Florida nature. That means lakes, swamps and groves of huge oak trees. Bird watching, fishing and hiking are all possible activities.

Schools

Weslyn Park will also be home to Sunbridge's first school. Planned to open in 2024, it will be a K-8 (kindergarten through eighth grade) that takes a new approach to meeting the needs of today's students.
