As the final phase of the world-famous Celebration community, Island Village will feature more than 1,000 homes, all on the doorstep of Walt Disney World. Generous park space, a casual gathering place, walking trails, beautiful retail stores, beautiful pools and premium recreation centers will be key factors in shaping the lifestyle experience of Island Village at Celebration.
On offer will be a new range of contemporary homes carefully designed to complement and enhance the iconic lifestyle and location that is uniquely Celebration.
Phase 1 of Island Village is expected to include 279 single-family residential units. These lots represent a mix of townhomes, 40-foot, 55-foot, and 70-foot lots, and "motor-court homes," which are those large houses with a wide front entrance.
