The Avalon Rd area in Winter Garden

We get too caught up in what's seen in the media, what's most posted by brokers or what's most popular. As a result, a lot of what could be extremely interesting and even profitable can go unnoticed.

When we're thinking about new investment options with a view to increasing the value and security of our assets, one of the greatest qualities we can have is to open our horizons, not only to places we've already seen or know, but to opportunities that may not seem obvious to us at first glance.

It's important to absorb the information; to digest it. Question and understand how everything happens and develops. Try to see through the eyes of those who are here, or those who are presenting the projects to you, so that you can understand and analyze in a more neutral way.

I say this because today we have clients who have been with us for a few years and believed in the investment potential of Winter Garden, when the area was still little explored, to be quite honest, even by realtors. But we studied, we analyzed, we believed, and today it's the area we receive the most requests for.

Avalon Road was a very "deserted" road just a few years ago, and Storey Grove, the famous The Grove Resort and more recently developments such as Winding Bay and Avalon Cove have sprung up there. Today, it's one of the hottest areas in terms of development. It's where you can even get to the Disney® parks, something that never loses its charm. Avalon Rd intersects with Western Way, a recently duplicated avenue that leads to one of the Disney® entrances.

Developments are taking shape, there are more schools springing up on the street itself, shopping plazas already under construction and planned. It's important to analyze and practice the fact that here, once a project is approved, it happens, it comes to fruition, and almost unbelievably quickly. Just as quickly, developments arrive and sell.

We went on a tour of Avalon to try to show some of this in practice and today we're already flirting with other areas that we started exploring just over a year ago. You can see in the video that the land, if not already built on, is under construction or sold. This is a sample of a multitude of locations with potential for growth, appreciation and excellent quality of life!
